Adorer mon expérience tout simplement. Je suis arrivée et il m'ont pris avec soins, tendresse. Une belle chaise a massage qui masse très bien. Jai pris une pedicure et wow le massage longue durer, une application sur les soins d'ongle, exfoliation aussi vernis MAGNIFIQUE j'utilise du blanc donc un art. Pour vrai 55$ tx inclus pour ce service qui ma faite complètement décrocher de ma vie stressante avec une tv en français rien à dire. Il ma dit que pour pedicure et pose d'ongle 85$ cest sur je reviens faire la total.

Excellent service!!! J’y suis retourné pour la première fois aujourd’hui depuis 10 ans et j’ai adoré mon expérience :-) le monsieur est super sympathique et accueillant & la dame très minutieuse. Ils ont énormément de choix de couleurs et de styles. Je continuerai d’y retourner pour mes ongles! Le prix est de 55$ tx in. pour prothèse/ vernis gel & 40$ pour le remplissage ensuite.

The worst service I have ever received. The person who answered the phone didn’t understand me and I didn’t understand him. I wanted to book an appointment for mani pedi gel and I asked if the pedicure included the exfoliant and massage. Since at other places they seem to charge extra for it. But the guy on the phone got offended or mad and hung up on me. When I called back and said that I only wanted two appointments for me and a friend. He said ok, and then I said that I wanted a gel mani pedi and he said it would be more expensive. So when I asked how much? He told me: « Aren’t you listening? I told you already it is 85$ ». But I said, yes I know you told me 85$ before you hung up, but since I said I wanted the appointment with Gel you said it would be more expensive, so that made me think it would be more than the 85$. I was only asking to make sure I have the correct price. And then the guy said « I don’t have time for this » and hung up AGAIN for the 2nd time. This is an example of horrible customer service and they just lost business by being rude at their potential clients.

Décor banal mais excellent rapport qualité prix. Pour 45$, ils enlèvent le vieux vernis au gel, font un traitement en 4 étapes de de type "Dip" puis 4 couches de gel (fini manucure française). Mes ongles ne réussissaient jamais à tenir plus d'une semaine sur les mains et maintenant, ça dure 2 sem de façon impeccable même 3 quand mes ongles ne poussent pas trop vite! Ils n'acceptent en effet que les paiements comptant mais compte tenu du prix, cela vaut la peine.
